Distance Education Becoming Inevitable Part of School Educational Process

June 2nd, 2008

Distance education is rather acute question, nowadays; it is connected with the problem of teaching student per online services instead of face-to-face teaching.

All the school subjects, starting with the social sciences and finishing with math and computer science, are now taught in an unusual way. The thing is that a teacher and a student are in different places.

The main reason for such way of teaching to appear is that giving the student the possibility to study those courses, which are not taught at their own school. More than that, thanks to distance education courses, students are allowed to go for some other courses at their schools.

Thus, for instance, if a student studies history online, he or she may fit in another class at school. As you can see, this way of teaching has a lot of advantages. However, it has its opponents, some of the teachers think that some school subjects must be taught face-to-face only; otherwise students will not be able to master it.

In conclusion, it is rather essential to mention that distance education has its merits and demerits, but whether it will be good or bad for you, is up to you.

My School Years

June 2nd, 2008

For every person his or her school years play a very important role. They remember them with a feeling of pleasure.

However, the first day of my school was ā€˜D’ day for me. I think school is always playing, playing, and playing without learning, studying and teaching.

When I was in U. K. G. our class moved to another building. But there was an old teacher that frightened me a lot, since she used to bite us. Fortunately, my mother went to a principal and solved this problem.

Then, I made a lot of friend in my school; we had a lot of fun together. Nevertheless, there were some cases when I fought with my friend, but then we realized that friendship cannot be destroyed.

The process of growing and studying was a complete fun for me. I even managed to receive several prizes. I used to play cricket in my school years (now I am fond of football). After school my friend and I played cricket in our school yard.
In the 9th class I realized that I should concentrate all my attention at studying, since I would have to pass my Board exam.

All in al, I think everybody understand that school is the place for receiving and sharing and everything that teach us how to live.
